Callum O'Brien

Before starting CLM, Callum was the divisional director at a well-known executive search company, responsible for all search and solutions activities across automotive, transportation, semiconductor, industrial automation, packaging, FMCG, and additive manufacturing.

He built one of the most successful teams in the business, growing the team from 1 to 14 people and focusing on all executive search activities for automotive, transportation, and industrial automation across a number of core skillsets.

Callum’s built a strong personal network over his 9 years in the industry and is an expert on board and executive-level assignments, helping his key clients transform their organizations and beat their competition.

Callum is also a keen cyclist, riding from John O’Groats to Lands’ end in May 2019, raising over £24,000 for MacMillan Cancer Support in the process.
