Job title: Use Case Lead

Location: West Midlands (Hybrid 3 office days)

About the client and role

Our client an automotive technology leader is in search of a Use Case Lead. You will be tasked with overseeing the development and implementation of use cases for projects and collaborating with stakeholders and documenting use cases to capture system interactions and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clear understanding of project roadmap among all stakeholders and establish effective communication channels
• Enforce adherence to company Data Standards, issuing deviations as necessary
• Proactively manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure compliance with company EHS & IT standards and local regulations
• Track and report all project savings accurately
• Ensure flawless deployment with zero customer impact, aligned with our core values
• Collaborate closely with workstream Leader and central functions to support the digitalization roadmap and long range Plan
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the companies data analytics and application platform standards
• Assist in the creation of the data section within the playbook, in alignment with corporate data direction
• Participate in the development of project management standards for digitalization projects
• Regularly review emerging digitalization tools and technologies for potential development and piloting opportunities
• Promote employee engagement in digitalization initiatives
• Drive improvement in data analytics KPIs within EMEA Seating
• Enhance employee understanding of digitalization and industry 4.0, aligning with the company’s technology adoption strategy

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Economics with Business Analysis focus or a Master’s Degree in a technical or economic discipline
• Preferably automotive or finance industry experience in a fast paced environment
• Proficient problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in fostering cross-functional business relationships
• Previous project management experience
• Knowledgeable in IT and data analytics
• Methodical management approach
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in multinational or corporate settings
• Project Management certification is an advantage
• Technical proficiency in Python/SQL coding
• Understanding of database management
• Experience in Change Management
• Familiarity with Finance principles
