Enrique says he was born into the automotive industry so it’s hardly a surprise that he went on to occupy some of the industry’s top leadership roles at firms like Aptiv and Tenneco.

Now based in Germany, Enrique’s focus is on taking the Lear Corporation into the future of car manufacturing. We talk mega trends, getting the right talent and the key to a good strategy.
